ZOOT OHANA GUARANTEE
We’ve built our reputation on quality, performance products, and we stand behind them. If you are not satisfied with your Zoot product, return it within 30 days for a full refund. We'll even pay for the return shipping!*

TO START A RETURN:
- Input your order ID in the about order ID box (example: Z-123456)
- Input the email used on the original order in the email box
- Click Create Request Button
- Select items to return from order and reason for return
- Click Submit
- Look out for a confirmation email with a return label attached as a PDF
- Return unused item with original order number inside package. Once you have the label:
- Pack your items carefully,
- Print and attach the label to the outside of the package,
- Drop the package off at the shipper’s location.
- Please make sure to package your items carefully as we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS:
- All items must be in new and unused condition with tags attached.
- We will not take back any gear that has been exercised or swam in.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping on the following garments:
- Sale items
- Previously-exchanged items
- The following garments are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Custom-made items
- Face coverings
- Please allow two to three weeks from product arrival for processing.
- Refunds typically appear on credit card accounts one billing cycle from the original date of purchase.
- If your return was a gift, the credit will go to the original purchaser of the item.
- An order's initial shipping price is non-refundable.
- For defective product returns, please reference our Warranty Page.
EXCHANGE INFORMATION:
- You are able to exchange eligible garments for:
- The same garment in a different size
- OR
- Any other garment at a lesser or equal price
- Discount codes on the original purchase are honored on exchanges once the exchange goes through.
- Please file each garment individually and put it in the same package.
FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM RETAILERS
If your Zoot product was purchased from a retailer other than zootsports.com, please return your product directly to the retailer.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Qualified returns accepted. Customer is responsible for shipping and duty for return and replacement order.
