If your Zoot product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it at our discretion. Only original, unaltered products are covered under our warranty. The Zoot warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care (example: fingernail tear in wetsuit), negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/materials over extended time/use.

For example, this fingernail tear in a wetsuit would fall under normal wear and tear, therefore it would not be covered under our warranty:

Returning Product for Warranty
We are unable to process warranty returns without a copy of the original Proof of Purchase showing the product is within the warranty time-frame and that you are the original purchaser.

Product Purchased from a Retailer

Product purchased from a retailer must be returned to the point of purchase. The retailer will then process the warranty with Zoot Sports on your behalf.

If the product was purchased directly from Zoot Sports, please contact Zoot Customer Service. A Zoot Service Rep will happily provide you with an RMA # for you to submit your product for warranty inspection. After receiving an RMA # from Zoot, please ship all warranty returns to:

Warranty Policy

Zoot Sports warrants to the original purchaser that its product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. Should a defect occur during that period, Zoot Sports will repair or replace the defective product or component part at its option, free of charge, and only for problems associated with normal use of these products. This warranty will not apply for normal wear and tear, if the product is altered, modified or tampered with in any way by anyone, is damaged by negligence, accident, unreasonable use or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship.

Limited Lifetime Warranty means that a Zoot product will be free of manufacturing defects for the practical life span of the product. Unfortunately, it does not mean the product will last your lifetime.

Zoot customers play hard! Lifetime of a product is determined by the type and amount of use and care provided for the product. All products eventually show wear and tear, which is not covered under Zoot’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.

How long should my shoes last?

It is important not to use any running footwear for longer than their expected lifespan.

Zoot footwear should last between 300 and 500 miles. If you are a heavier runner (harder on your shoes), your shoes will last closer to 300 miles.

Racing shoes, like the Ultra Race and Ultra Speed will last a lesser amount of time. If used only for racing, these shoes should last an entire season. If used for both training and racing, their lifespan will be between 200 and 300 miles.

Zoot Footwear 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Zoot Footwear has a built in 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your new Zoot Footwear within 30 days of your purchase, we will replace or exchange your product. Contact your retailer from whom you purchased your Zoot footwear for support. If you bought directly from Zoot, email Zoot Customer Service for more information.

Note: Only Zoot swimsuits are designed for use in a chlorinated pool. If you use any other Zoot apparel or wetsuits in a chlorinated pool, we will not warranty any damage due to chlorine-related deterioration.
